Can I customize the size, trunk shape, color and planter of artificial plants?

Are your artificial foliage realistic enough for high-end commercial projects like hotels & shopping malls?
Absolutely. We use high-simulation silk and PE raw materials with hand-stacked leaf craftsmanship, restoring the natural texture of real plants. A large number of our finished products have long-term supply for global hotels, restaurants, airports and commercial shopping centers.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale cooperation?
Our standard MOQ for regular stock items is 1 piece for sample orders; bulk wholesale orders start at 1 carton. For fully customized OEM products, the MOQ depends on your customized requirements, we support flexible small-batch cooperation for new retailers.
Can I get free samples before placing mass orders? How long is the sample lead time?
We offer paid sample service, and the sample cost can be deducted from your subsequent bulk order payment. Normal samples take 7 working days to produce; complex customized samples take 10–12 working days.
What payment terms do you support for international orders?
We accept T/T wire transfer, L/C irrevocable letter of credit, and Alibaba Trade Assurance order. For long-term stable cooperative clients, we can negotiate flexible payment installments after credit evaluation.
Logistics
Which shipping methods can I choose for my bulk orders?
We provide three mainstream logistics solutions: sea freight for large bulk orders (most cost-effective), air freight for urgent goods, and door-to-door express delivery for small sample parcels. We will recommend the most suitable solution based on your delivery timeline and budget.
How long is the global delivery cycle after the goods are finished?
Sea freight takes 25–40 days to most European & American ports; air freight takes 5–10 days; international express arrives within 3–7 days. We will inform you of the exact transit time when arranging shipment.
Will your products be damaged during long-distance transportation? How do you pack them?
We adopt multi-layer protective packaging: foam wrapping for fragile trunks & leaves, hard carton outer packing, and wooden frame support for extra-large artificial trees. If damage occurs during transit due to packaging problems, we provide free replacement accessories.
